Documents required for admission:
• An educational certificate, legalized in accordance with the regulations of the country where it was issued (High Secondary School Certificate, diploma, transcript/supplement to the diploma);
• A valid international passport;
• Notarized translations of all documents.

Preparation for admission
The preparatory course is an annual Russian language program for adaptation and preparation for entrance exams.

Begin your studies at Samara University
Education within the quota of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens and stateless persons

The scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons provides the opportunity to study at Samara University at the expense of the federal budget.

Для получения квоты:

  1. Register in your personal account ;
  2. Prepare the necessary documents;
  3. Select your study program and universities in order of priority. Note: to study at Samara University, select it as your first choice in the list of priority universities;
  4. Submit your application online;
  5. Participate in the competitive selection. This may include document verification, interviews, and/or testing organized by the Rossotrudnichestvo representation;
  6. Wait for the selection results. If your candidacy is approved, the application will be sent to universities according to your chosen priority;
  7. Once the university approves your candidacy, you will receive your admission letter;
  8. Obtain a student visa if necessary. All visa support is provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. Wait for the visa invitation and contact the Russian Federation Consulate / Embassy in your country to issue your visa;
  9. Start your studies in Russia!
Tuition-free education for Open Doors Olympiad winners

“The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project of the “Global Universities” Association”, supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, has been held since 2017.

Winning the Olympiad provides the opportunity to study bachelor’s/specialist, master’s, doctoral, or postdoctoral programs at Samara University.

To participate:

  1. Register on the website od.globaluni.ru;
  2. Take the required tests according to your chosen track: bachelor’s/specialist, master’s, doctoral, or postdoctoral;
  3. Wait for the publication of the winners’ lists;
  4. Do not miss the stage where universities upload winners’ documents on the site russia-edu.minobrnauki.gov.ru to obtain the education quota. Respond promptly to requests from the Open Doors Organizing Committee and the university coordinator to provide the necessary documents;
  5. Receive your admission letter, obtain a visa if necessary, and begin your studies at Samara University.

You can enroll:
